Melanie was wonderful during the sale of our apartment and purchase of our townhouse! Buying and selling at the beginning of the interest rate hikes was stressful but melanie was patient and constantly reassuring putting us at ease through every interest rate increase anxiety and was able to guide us through the entire process. She also persevered through our many open houses and showings as everything was slowing down and stuck with us to make sure we got the sale at the price we needed ! And not to mention she took wonderful care of our cats during all the showings, would recommend melanie 1000 times over

My partner and I worked with Forrest over a year and a half. He and his team were amazing given the market was not in our favour! He remained patient throughout our disappointments until we finally found a place to call home. I found Forrest to be responsive, supportive, and thoughtful but frank in his perspectives about the places we viewed. A friend suggested Jon and Forrest to list my house. I wasn't convinced by her recommendation and then by luck I met Jon (he came to help my friend move 6 months after he sold her home) and I had a conversation with him while we were helping her. I had a good feeling and invited him and Forrest to view my home and instantly I knew that these young men were who I wanted to list with. I believed in the sincererity, honesty and integrity as soon as they sat down and started talking. This experience was positive from the moment I met them, to showing the house, the offers and the outcome for the sale. I am beyond happy and more than satisfied with both of them. Forrest and Jon have been amazing in our process of buying a house. We have been looking for the perfect home for almost 10 months and they have been so patient with us, even with our picky requirements. As realtors, they really made us feel taken care of, heard, and most importantly - on our side. We really appreciated that they were never pushy, always gave us genuine advice, and looked out for our best interests. We were also impressed in the way that they worked together as a team, were always responsive, and in the end, their teamwork (and negotiation skills) helped us score a really amazing deal.10/10 would recommend!

Forrest and his team were a great help to my family when we were looking for our first condo. I entered the process so nervous, and with so many questions, but Forrest was able to answer all of them, and make the process really simple for me. I never felt pressured at any point, and he gave fair and experienced feedback on the units we looked at. He also provided great recommendations for any other contacts we needed, such as lawyers, insurance etc. Overall I would definitely recommend Forrest and his team to a friend!

Currently writing this reveiw from our dream condo! This was our first time buying, of course in one of the craziest of markets! Jon and his partner Forest where there every step answering 100's of our questions, spending several weekends looking at places and introducing us to our amazing mortgage broker! The team at Abode Real Estate were fantastic. My partner and I took our time looking for our first condo and Forrest was very patient at every viewing.
