I needed two appraisals from separate companies. I contacted A1 to get them to do one. They came out promptly and sent the report back to me quickly. A1's report was professional and detailed ... the other company i used cancelled on me twice and promised to have the report back by the date I needed it... that day has come and gone and they have proceeded my payment but i am yet to receive the report. If you are looking for a professional and reliable company to do your appraisal call A1.
